2. Collection and processing of personal data
When visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser automatically sends information to the server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected automatically: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file accessed, website from which the access was made (referrer URL), browser used, and the operating system of your device.
When registering and ordering
When you register or place an order, we collect personal data such as name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. This data is required for contract fulfilment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When using the AI generator
When you use our AI sticker generator, your inputs (prompts) are transmitted to our AI service provider to generate the desired image. The generated images are stored on our servers.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your device. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses or other malware.
We use technically necessary cookies (e.g. shopping cart, language settings, authentication) and optional analytics cookies, which are only set with your explicit consent.
4. Analytics tools and advertising
Reach measurement: We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free and privacy-friendly statistics tool that builds no personal profiles and can therefore be used without consent. Marketing and conversion tracking: Only if you give your consent do we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) as well as the TikTok Pixel and the TikTok Events API (TikTok Technology Limited). These services measure the performance of our ads (e.g. completed orders), may set cookies and transfer data to the providers, including to third countries such as the USA. The legal basis is your consent under Section 25(1) TTDSG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. These tools load only after you click 'Accept all' in the cookie banner; without consent no marketing cookies are set and no data is sent to Google or TikTok. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by deleting this website's stored browser data (local storage); the banner choice will then reappear.
5. Payment processing
We use Stripe Inc. for payment processing. When making a payment, your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy. We do not have access to complete credit card data.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
7. Data security
We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser during website visits. You can tell whether an individual page is encrypted by the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser.
8. Third-party services
We use external service providers for hosting (Hetzner Cloud), content delivery (AWS CloudFront), email delivery (Resend), and AI image generation (OpenAI). We have data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR with all service providers.
9. Updates to this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. Due to the continued development of our website or changes in legal requirements, it may become necessary to update this privacy policy.
