§ 1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of a contract covering multiple goods ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the period begins on the day you received the last item.

§ 2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

§ 3 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

§ 4 Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal

Under § 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and the production of which is determined by an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to our AI-generated custom stickers and any product with individual design manufactured on customer request. Your statutory warranty rights in case of defects remain unaffected.
